Refund Policy

The policy described below applies to products purchased directly from gobohub.com. Please retain your original proof of purchase, receipt, or sales order to enforce these policies.

1. What is the time limit for refund/replacement?

We guarantee that if the following conditions are met, you can apply for a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase (based on the actual date of receipt of the product), and you can apply for an exchange within 30 days.

2. Specific instructions for product returns and exchanges

1.) What do these refund and exchange policies cover?

a. Manufacturing defects;

b. The goods were damaged during transportation and were discovered during unpacking and inspection in the presence of the courier;

c. The actual product does not match the original description;



2.) What situations are not covered by these return and exchange policies?

a. Damage to the product during transportation was not reported immediately;

b. Offer a refund after 15 days from the date of purchase, and an exchange after 30 days

c. When returning or exchanging goods, all original accessories, accessories, accessories, specifications, and packaging are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged due to human factors.

d. Legal purchase vouchers, receipts or sales orders cannot be provided, or have been forged or tampered with;

e. After inspection by our technical support, no quality problems were found;

3.Instructions for return and exchange freight:
a. If you find that the product has quality problems after receiving the goods, we will accept the return of the product after providing the relevant package. And we will bear the shipping cost when sending.

b. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the projector within 15 days of receiving it for refund.Shipping fee is paid by buyer.
Please note that the shipping fee and the gobo lens custom fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


4. How to return or exchange goods?

Please contact our customer service email sales@gobohub.com to apply for return or exchange. We will process your request within 1~3 working days.
After the application is approved, please send the goods to be returned or exchanged along with the product list and return them to the address in the return or exchange confirmation email.
Note: If you use unsearchable express delivery to return goods, our company will not be held responsible if the goods are lost, damaged, misdelivered, etc. Please understand.


5. Return and exchange process:
Contact the customer service email to register the return or exchange → provide pictures of the returned product → customer service confirms the return application → send the returned product → return confirmation → process a refund or exchange

6.How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 1~3 business days and let you know if your refund has been approved.

The refund will be returned to the bank account through the original payment method within 7-15 days after approval. Keep in mind that it may also take your bank or credit card company some time to process and post the refund.
